FLEXBIT

One-component water-based bituminous liquid elastomer membrane, ready-to-use, black, non-toxic, odourless and non-flammable. Used as a universal waterproofing treatment, both vertically and horizontally, on various surfaces (concrete, wood, ceramic, metal, fibre cement, plasterboard, glass and bituminous membranes), with excellent elasticity, adhesion to the substrate, impermeability and resistance to water stagnation, UV radiation and low temperatures. Especially suitable for the renovation/repair of old bituminous membranes, cementitious and metallic surfaces and for restoring the waterproofing of surfaces without demolishing the old flooring. Applicable by brush, scrubbing brush, scraper, airless sprayer with suitable filter, spatula and serrated scraper. FLEXBIT cures completely after 24/48 hours.
